At Luxe Pendant Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard, uninstalled lighting products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
