How do I choose the right size pendant for my space?
A general rule for dining tables is to select a pendant that is 1/2 to 2/3 the width of the table. For kitchen islands, we recommend spacing pendants approximately 30 inches apart to ensure even light distribution.
Do your lights come with bulbs included?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness. However, we specify the required base type (e.g., E26 or G9) on every product page.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass fixtures?
We use specialized double-walled reinforced packaging and high-density foam to ensure your lighting arrives safely. All shipments are fully insured against breakage during transit.
Are your pendant lights dimmable?
Yes, the majority of our fixtures are dimmable provided you use a compatible dimmable bulb and a standard wall dimmer switch.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the uninstalled fixture in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Can the hanging length of the pendants be adjusted?
Most of our pendants come with adjustable cords or rods. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on the product page for the maximum and minimum hanging heights.
